Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

We have reopened and continue to strictly adhere to our infection control protocol, in addition to new guidelines provided by American Dental Association, South Carolina Board of Dentistry, the CDC, and our federal and state government. We have implemented several precautionary procedures that we will be reviewing with you prior to your appointment.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have! Trust that you are in good hands. We have been devotedly preparing for dentistry amidst COVID-19, and our office is one of the cleanest places you can be. We have truly missed our patients, and we cannot wait to see you all soon!

We are gradually rescheduling the appointments missed during our six-week closing. However, we recommend calling our office directly to be rescheduled sooner (864-654-5733). Thank you for your patience during this time!

Office Entry Protocol

  • WAITING ROOM: We are not having anyone sit in the waiting room, so when you arrive, please wait in your car.

  • PARKING SPOT SIGN: Once you pull in, follow the instructions on the sign in front of your parking spot.

  • MASK: We require that you wear a mask to your appointment.

  • SURVEY: Once you enter the building, you will fill out a short screening assessment form. This form will confirm that you are not experiencing any of the most common COVID-19 symptoms and that you have not (to your knowledge) been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

  • TEMPERATURE: We will be taking your temperature to ensure all patients being seen are below the CDC recommendation of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit.
